Rates

• 13% IVA Not Included.
• Rates are based on double occupation for the first floor apartments and quadruple occupation per ground floor apartment.
• Additional person have an extra cost of $20 per person per night.
• Check in: 3pm / Check out: 11am. No late check outs.
• After 11am a 50% of the rate fee is applicable.
• *A minimum of 2 nights stay is required when reserving during high season
• *A minimum of 7 nights stay is required when reserving during top season
• *Weekly rates are for 7 nights
• Monthly rates are excluding consumption of electricity.

Payment Type

• Bank transfer - international bank transfer has an additional cost of $12 - national bank transfer free
• Paypal — additional cost 5,4%
• Cash
• We accept most credit cards.

Payment policies

• When you reserve, accommodations are paid at 50% at the time of booking.
• If you send us an inquiry by email, we will tentatively hold the space for a maximum of 2 days.
• During this time, the 50% of the total stay must be paid in order to secure the reservation. Otherwise, Costa Riki is free to sell the apartment.
• Once the reservation is secured with a deposit, the cancelation policies become effective.
• The remaining 50% must be paid 30 days prior to your arrival.

Cancelation Policies

If a reservation is canceled, Costa Riki will refund the deposit according to the following criteria:

• 46 days or more prior to arrival date: 50% penalty, minus bank fee.
• 45 - 30 days prior to arrival date: 75% penalty, minus bank fee.
• 30 days or less prior arrival: 100% penalty, minus bank fee.
• Please note Costa Riki has one month to refund the money.

Restrictions

• Smoking not allowed.
• Pets allowed upon request and availability. Charges may apply.
